Sprinkle into rice at the start of cooking. Alternatively, fry the Pilau Rice Seasoning in a little oil and add to cooked rice or couscous. It adds a subtle flavour to rice with an authentic colour. Not just limited to rice, try this on any meats, vegetables or grains. 

Haven't got a tagine to cook with? Simply use a slow cooker! You can season couscous, slow cook, add to cold meats, marinade tofu and add to mango pulp for a great dip.
