Pilau Rice Seasoning
You can season cous cous, slow cook, add to cold meats, marinade tofu and add to mango pulp for a great dip.
Sprinkle into rice at the start of cooking. Alternatively, fry the Pilau Rice Seasoning in a little oil and add to cooked rice or couscous. It adds a subtle flavour to rice with an authentic colour.
