Suggested usage 

Our perfectly natural seasonings are not mass-produced meaning that the flavour of these freshly prepared curry blends are packed with the very best tasting roasted and ground spices. They can be added to any meal. 

Sprinkle first and taste the dish as you go so as not to overdo it; just mind those hot ones! If in doubt, and you've added a grain of spice too much, then add some coconut milk, yoghurt or crème fresh to bring it back a bit, diffusing the dish with a creamy richness. 

Curry spices are great stabilisers for enlivening any dish that might be a bit lacklustre or rescuing one that may have gone too far over the other side. 

Taste is not one size fits all, and as a result cooking is just as much about experimentation as it is learning. We encourage people to get creative with our spices, however if you're in need of some good old fashioned inspiration check out our recipes page for some ideas on where to get started
