This spice blend recipe was very kindly donated by a wonderful gent from the state of Karnataka but originates from Bangalore, hence the name. It is ideal for Indian street food like samosa and bahji.

Only bought a small pot of this and with cooked chicken thighs. WOW! - packs a lot of flavour with great spices with real depth. Not over hot. Have now ordered the larger pot to keep me going through the Winter.
Another Excellent Spice Blend
I have now bought about eight or nine different spice blends from Nature Kitchen, and the Bangalore Curry Blend like every other one that I have tried is excellent. I enjoy hot and spicy food and the Bangalore Blend along with Bonfire, Piri Piri, Dante's Inferno etc take my cooking, especially bbq marinades, to a new and exciting level of flavour.
