Ally
Ally founded Nature Kitchen way back in October 2009, where she started out as a humble spice merchant in the local produce market. With a dedication to delicious food and a firm vision of a spicy empire, she grew her little market stall into the spicy beast of a company that it is today! Also known as the Cornish Spice Guru, Ally has travelled the world taking inspiration from every country she has visited and injected her passion for food and flavours into every part of the Nature Kitchen Brand. You can find Ally at Nature Kitchen HQ and various large Foodie Events around the UK. Ally is a true spice visionary, she will set you up with your own Spice Merchant package and give you all of the help and advice needed to make your business a success.
Jon
Jon is an enterprising young man who joined the Nature Kitchen Spice Merchant team back in the Spring this year, he is a full time student and runs his trade around his studies.
At just 17 years of age, his extraordinary palate and love for food has taken his business from strength to strength. Based in the heart of rural Gloucester, Jon's Spice Hut can be found at various markets and events around Gloucestershire and the surrounding area, he also has a website showcasing his delicious recipes, click here to see more. Jon is currently in the process of creating his own exclusive spice blend range, so watch this space for some of his amazing creations and equally exciting recipes!
Phil
Phil is our newest Spice Merchant, he joined the Nature Kitchen team in March this year with his business partner Lou. Phil is the founder of the much acclaimed Cornish Sushi and Lou owns Nomadic Game, selling naturally wild Cornish Game meats and produce. They sell their spices as a concession alongside their other delicious products all over Cornwall. You can find their delicious variety of produce at the Padstow Foodie Market (next to Rick Stein's Fish Restaurant), the St Ives Farmers Market and dotted all over Cornwall. Jake
Jake is the co-founder of Nature Kitchen and has worked alongside Ally since 2009. Among other things, Jake works at the heart of the NK Inspiration Station creating new blends and flavours as well as single handedly manages the main blending kitchen. He also works as a merchant at the larger shows and has recently covered Royal Cornwall, The Cornwall Home and Living Show and will be found at all of the Christmas Markets. There is no end to this mans talents, as he won the Best Costume competition at the Victorian Christmas Fair in Truro 2 years on the trot as a time travelling Steampunk Spice Merchant! Jake has plans to travel the country as a spice merchant, but he wants to travel more of the world first for further inspiration!
