Vindaloo Masala

A Goan classic, but it's reputation from UK restaurants does tend to terrify people! Goa is a small state in South West India which has been heavily influenced by the Portuguese who were in India for over 400 years. Our mixture uses a complex blend of aromatic spices including fennel, cloves and star anise that work beautifully with the vinegar and chilli.
Did you know a traditional Vindaloo would once have been a combination of 'Vinha' - wine vinegar and 'd'Alho' garlic.

INGREDIENTS: CHILLI POWDER, CORIANDER, BLACK PEPPER, CUMIN, TURMERIC
PAPRIKA, CINNAMON, GROUND GINGER, SEA SALT, FENNEL, CARDAMOM, PIMENTO
NUTMEG, CLOVES, BAY LEAF, MACE

All of our products are blended in an area containing sesame celery and mustard
